[OLD] WIP FemScout Robot

Since the tumblr "experiment" ended up being a bigger success than I anticipated, I thought perhaps i'll be a bit more formal.

I'll post details as they surface.

And yes, this is intended to replace the MvM scoutbot, and, optionally, the player model itself.
